Inquiry Notice for Foundation Reinforcement Construction of Distribution Building in Dam Area

一、项目概况 Project Overview

上马相迪A水电站位于甘达吉地区拉姆郡县马相迪新村，坝址位于纳雅迪支流和马相迪河交汇点下游70m处，距Besishahar镇13km，距首都加德满都约180km。坝区配电楼靠前部建于回填土之上，构造柱基础埋深1.2m，每年枯水期配电楼均会出现前沉后抬不均匀沉降。对此，我公司计划采用固结灌浆对配电楼基础进行加固。

The Upper Marsyangdi A Hydropower Station is located in Marsyangdi Village, Lamjung District, Gandaki Region. The dam site is located 70 meters downstream from the confluence of the Nayadi tributary and the Marsyangdi River, 13 kilometers away from Besishahar town and about 180 kilometers from the Kathmandu. The front part of the power distribution building in the dam area is constructed on the backfill soil with the foundation of the structural column is buried 1.2 meters deep. In every dry season, the distribution building experiences uneven settlement, with the front sinking and the back lifting. In response to this, our company plans to reinforce the foundation of the distribution building using consolidation grouting.

一、询价项目及主要工作内容 Inquiry items and main work contents

坝区配电楼基础加固施工总承包，主要工作内容和技术要求如下：

The General contracting for the foundation reinforcement construction of the distribution building in the dam area. The main job contents and technical requirements are as follows:

1、按照图示位置在距离构造柱或外墙边缘20cm钻Φ50垂直灌浆孔，  形孔深3.2m，分2段施工：第1段1.2m（填充水泥砂浆后埋设Φ42孔口钢管，外露10cm），第2段2.0m（孔口封闭、孔内循环固结灌浆）；  形孔深4.0～6.0m，分3段施工：第1段1.2m（同上埋设Φ42孔口钢管），孔口段以下均分为2段（同上固结灌浆）；

According to the position shown in the diagram, drill vertical grouting holes with a diameter of Φ50 at a distance of 20cm from the edge of the structural column or exterior wall. The depth of the holes    is 3.2m, and the construction is carried out in two sections: 1st Section is 1.2m (after filling with cement mortar, a Φ42 hole steel pipe is buried, with 10cm exposed). 2nd Section is 2.0m (the borehole is sealed and the internal circulation consolidation grouting is carried out). Additionally    drill with depth of 4.0 to 6.0 meters, and it is constructed in three sections: 1st Section is 1.2 meters (with a Φ42 steel pipe embedded as above), and the sections below the borehole opening are   divided into two sections (with consolidation grouting as above).

2、每段钻孔结束后采用压缩空气清孔，清孔后应立即进行后续灌浆工序。

After each section of drilling is completed, the borehole should be cleaned with compressed air and subsequent grouting process should be carried out immediately after borehole cleaning

3、固结灌浆采用孔口灌浆法，水灰比采用：2:1、1:1、0.8:1、0.6:1，当某一比级的浆液注入量已达300L以上或灌注时间达30min，而灌浆压力和注入率均无改变或改变不显著时，应改浓一级浆液。当注入率大于30L/min时，可根据具体情况越级变浆。单耗超过250kg/m改灌水泥砂浆0.8：1：1（水：水泥：沙），单耗每超过150kg/m进行1次待凝，待凝24h后扫孔复灌，当达到设计灌浆压力0.3Mpa，注入率小于2L/min持续15min灌浆结束。

Consolidation grouting is carried out using the orifice grouting method, with water-cement ratios of 2:1, 1:1, 0.8:1, and 0.6:1. When the injection volume of a certain grout ratio reached 300 liters or more, or the grouting time has reached 30 minutes, but the grouting pressure and injection rate remain unchanged or show only minor changes, the grout should be increased to a higher concentration. When the injection rate exceeds 30L/min, the grout can be increase step by step according to the specific situation. When the single consumption exceeds 250kg/m ³, a cement mortar at a ratio of 0.8:1:1 (water: cement: sand) should be used. For every 150kg/m ³ increase in grout consumption, a setting period should be initiated. After 24 hours of waiting for setting, the hole should be cleaned and re-grouted. When the designed grouting pressure reaches 0.3Mpa and the injection rate is less than 2L/min, for 15 minutes to complete the grouting.

4、灌浆结束后进行水泥砂浆封孔，并割除口管外露部分。

After the grouting is completed, seal the holes with cement mortar and cut off the exposed parts of the orifice pipe.

二、主要工程量和报价 Main quantities and quotations

（1）请投标人按照询价函中给定的工程量清单进行报价。

Company are requested to submit their quotations in accordance with the bill of quantities provided in the Request for Quotation.

工程量清单中没有填入单价或价格的项目，其费用视为已分摊在工程量清单中其他相关项目的单价或合价中。报价表中的工程量为预估工程量，投标人根据实际情况对工程量清单进行调整并承担可能存在变化的风险。

For items in which there are no unit prices or prices are specified in the bill of quantities, their costs are regarded as having been allocated to the unit prices or combined prices of other relevant items in the bill of quantities. The quantities in the quotation sheet are estimated. Company shall adjust the bill of quantities based on the actual circumstances and bear the risk of possible changes.

（2）投标人报价文件中需附必要的报价说明，包括主要施工措施、安全环保措施、资源配置计划、工期计划等。

The company's must include necessary pricing information in their quotation document, including main construction measures, safety and environmental protection measures, resource allocation plans, construction schedule plans, etc.

（3）投标人报价中应充分考虑本工程范围内的所有税、费，1.5%TDS由发包人代扣代缴。

The Company should fully consider all taxes and fees within the scope of this project in their quotations with 1.5% TDS to be withheld and paid by the employer.

（4）报价货币为尼泊尔卢比。

The quoted currency is the Nepalese rupee.

（5）报价文件应包括投标人的营业执照、上年度的纳税证明以及类似工程施工业绩。

The quotation documents should include the Company business license, tax payment certificate of the previous year, and similar to project construction performance.

三、承包方式和结算方式 Contracting method and settlement method

本项目采用固定总价合同承包方式，按照合同比例分两期办理进度结算：第一期在进场验收合格、具备开工条件后办理30%结算，第二期在完工验收合格后办理剩余70%结算。

This project adopts a fixed-price contract method. The progress settlement will be handled in two phases according to the contract proportion: the first phase will be settled after the site inspection is qualified and the conditions for commencement of construction are met, with 30% settlement to be handled in the first phase: the second phase will be settled after the inspection is completion acceptance, with the remaining 70% settlement to be handled in the second phase.
